Larry is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur and innovator with a strong track record of success at every level in equipment leasing, commercial finance and asset-based lending.

Larry began his career in commercial finance in 1975 with American States Leasing Corporation (Amstat Corporation-San Diego), where he was perennially the Company’s lead producer of new business. Larry also played an integral role in the planning and execution of Amstat’s initial public offering in 1981.  Subsequently, in 1989, Larry was the lead partner in the initial strategic planning and formation of Vision Capital.  Larry was at the helm and successfully ran Vision Capital for 20 years, where he excelled in new business development, portfolio management, managing of corporate banking relationships, syndication/funding, relationships with regional banks, commercial finance companies and other national institutional lenders and hands-on experience in every facet of executive management.

Larry’s expertise in commercial finance, deal structuring, credit due-diligence processing, asset-based marketing services and transaction underwriting has gained him a reputation for integrity and for consistent delivery of competitive financial solutions for many long-term clients.

Larry's time away from work is filled with dining and entertainment with his lovely wife, Mary Lou, cycling (road & mountain) men's ministry work with his church and family gatherings for food, laughter and love!
